Supermodel Heidi Klum was in Melbourne yesterday to attend the launch of her intimates collection at Myer. She wore a gorgeous black dress by Alex Perry, which was understated and simple, but stopped things from getting boring with a thigh high slit. She emphasized the sexy simplicity of the look with plain black ankle-strap pumps, casual loose waves, and simple bronze makeup with a flash of red lipstick. She did add one slightly more edgy detail, though, in the form of a pair of unusual entire-finger rings.
Heidi launched her collection with a bang on Australia Day, upping the impact with a customized tram for her arrival, and a lingerie parade on stage. She spent plenty of time chatting and taking selfies with the crowd, who seemed to have a great time at the event. Heidi said that she hoped her intimates collection would help make women feel more confident – she’s clearly a big believer in the power of good lingerie!
