Alexa Chung’s new line for denim company AG launched with a bang at a star-studded party in New York! Alexa was the guest of honor, of course, and she was joined by a few celebrity fans including Leigh Lezark, Christian Siriano and Harley Viera-Newton. The new collection launched last week, and was largely inspired by Alexa’s childhood memories of denim. As you’d expect, a lot of the guests chose to wear denim – and showed how to make casual jeans look fantastic!
Alexa herself was in head to toe white, with only bright red lipstick to add a splash of color. Her silky blouse, white jeans and menswear-inspired shoes were elegant without being too informal.
DJ and model Leigh Lezark kept things very low-key in dark-wash denim, a plain grey t-shirt and a cozy shaggy black coat, with a pair of unusual patterned brogues. Model Harley Viera-Newton wore a vintage-inspired ensemble made up of a baby pink short-sleeved turtleneck and a button-up denim skirt.
